SENTINELLES IMPASSIBLES II

With IMPASSIBLE SENTINELS II, Laurent Dequick (LDK), an architect by training and acclaimed urban landscape photographer, steps outside his comfort zone for a marine series in Knokke. On the Belgian beach, the sea and the hand of man respond to each other like two voices in a single dialogue—a peaceful coexistence and, at the same time, a constant power struggle frozen by a line of seawalls and an immaculate horizon.
