After portraying cities such as Berlin or London, Matthias Haker travelled to New York where, armed with his digital reflex camera, he captured the inherent vibrations and energy of the metropolis. His photographs are taken from a distanciated and particularly elevated point of view, offering a vertiginous overview of the city and its massive infrastructure.
