“My training as an architect gave me a sharp eye for the city. I produced my first series on New York, which I really liked, so I kept the momentum going. Since then, I've done a lot of traveling around the world, discovering a lot of cities, and I like to seek out and highlight their specific characteristics.”

    RUE DAMIETTE I

RUE DAMIETTE I, photographed by Laurent Dequick, departs from the classical representation of landscapes to offer a poetic vision of the contemporary city. In black and white, the cobblestone street unfolds as if in the setting of an urban stroll: the facades are aligned, the raking light caresses the shop windows, and the silhouettes that cross the image become silent witnesses to Parisian daily life. This limited-edition print underscores the exclusivity of the work and magnifies the artist's attentive gaze on architecture and urban textures. With RUE DAMIETTE I, the artist offers a gateway to Paris and its graphic spirit, inviting us to contemplate the history that can be read on these walls and to project ourselves into them.  ...
