Laurent Dequick distances himself from classic representations of landscapes, offering an extremely poetic vision of them instead. Bearing witness to the contemporary city and informed by his previous experience as an architect, he lets himself get caught up in contemplating buildings. For the High series, begun in 2018, his creative process highlighted the delicacy of the edifices pictured.
