About the Artist

FRANCK BOHBOT
FRANCK BOHBOT

Franck Bohbot is a French-American photographer and filmmaker based in Paris. His work focuses on people, spaces, and moments in life. Guided by a desire to preserve places steeped in history and human traces, he explores the poetry of the ordinary, from everyday moments to architecture and craftsmanship, through a cinematic approach in which light, color, and composition play a central role. With over twenty years of experience, including ten years spent between New York and Los Angeles, his personal work has naturally resonated with clients, collectors, and prestigious institutions, giving rise to successful editorial, commercial, and cultural projects. He has collaborated with fashion designers such as Paul Smith, Iris van Herpen, and Valentino, as well as prestigious institutions and venues, ranging from the Louvre Museum to renowned hotels such as Le Bristol, and iconic design brands such as Knoll. Today, he navigates between portraiture, fashion, architecture, and documentary photography with a resolutely personal approach. Renowned for his use of color, composition, and mastery of light, Franck Bohbot continues his photographic exploration of the world, drawing inspiration from cinema, painting, and his travels.
