About the Artist
Roxanne MORoxane Mo is a photographer who tells the stories of those who move the world forward. Before fully dedicating herself to photography, she spent nearly ten years working in communication, first in agencies focused on sustainability transitions, and later in the non-profit sector, where she served as Head of Communications for Solidarité Sida and its festival Solidays, as well as for the organization Les Canaux, documenting the involvement of the social and solidarity economy in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. These experiences shaped a deeply grounded perspective on collective dynamics, social and cultural engagement, and narratives of transformation. Today, she develops a photographic practice focused on highlighting meaningful projects—whether cultural, social, or environmental—and the people behind them, both on stage and behind the scenes. Her work centers on stories of collective joy, culture, and civic engagement, with a particular focus on visions of more desirable futures. Informed by her background in communication, her photography is vivid, colorful, and deeply human, with storytelling at its core.
