Brian Bielmann is a surf photographer well known internationally for photographing some of the greatest surfers in the world, such as Andy Irons, Bruce Irons, and Kelly Slater. Roaming the spheres of the Pacific Ocean, from Hawaii to Indonesia, Fiji to Tahiti, he has captured the most beautiful and impressive waves ever shown. Dans les années 70, Brian Bielmann est l?un des premiers à se spécialiser dans la photographie de surf. Il devient un artiste parmi les plus prolifiques et influents de la discipline. Depuis, de nombreux photographes l?ont rejoint dans l?aventure. Mais alors que la majorité d?entre eux réalisent des prises de vues au-dessus de l?eau, Brian Bielmann a exploré une autre facette de cet art en capturant également des scènes depuis le dessous de la surface. Seul dans cet univers aquatique, il a beaucoup de plaisir à partager aux spectateurs des points de vue qu?ils ne peuvent pas voir d?eux-mêmes. Qu?il s?agisse d?un surfeur en plein vol ou du déferlement des vagues, chaque moment sous-marin est unique. En témoigne un style photographique personnel en constante évolution. Avec une collection de plus de 5000 disques vinyles, la musique fait également partie de sa vie. C?est pourquoi il nomme chacune de ses photos avec le titre d?une chanson, ce qui lui confère une identité propre.
