Lucian Rumpe is a self-taught photographer and filmmaker born in 2001 and based in Lucerne, Switzerland. Drawn to the visual arts from an early age, he has developed a practice shaped by over four years of professional experience and a long-standing passion for imagery, gradually defining his approach as “Human-Centric Editorial Storytelling”. Driven by a constant pursuit of beauty, he draws inspiration from the aesthetics of analog photography to create timeless images focused on lifestyle, fashion, portraiture, and documentary work. His practice explores and celebrates life in its most simple and universal forms, placing the human experience at the center of his visual storytelling. His artistic path has been recognized with the Young Talent Award at the International Photo Festival Olten (IPFO). He has recently been featured in REGIA Magazine and exhibited at ARTdeSUISSE in Lucerne, marking the rise of an emerging practice at the intersection of visual storytelling and aesthetic exploration.
