ROC ISERN
Roc Isern – also known as “StoptheRoc” – started taking photographs at 40, when he discovered Instagram. The application revolutionised his perception of photography, his relationship to architecture, and to his city, Barcelona. A trained architect, he was suddenly and irresistibly filled with the desire to rediscover his city and its architectural treasures. He taught himself the techniques of what has become his second profession, photography, and strives to capture geometric forms, designs, colours, and shades, but also and above all his obsession: symmetries. Nowadays, his Instagram account his propelled his reputation and he works with prestigious brands (including Mini, W Hotels, Zürich Tourism, Estrella Damm, Land Rover, and Ucon Acrobatics).
