BIOGRAPHY

A photographer born in New York, Christopher Bliss has always been attracted to the many facets of metropolitan life: after obtaining his high school diploma from the Manhattan School of Music, he then studied in Los Angeles and Vienna, Austria, before launching his career as a concert pianist. Inspired by the urban skylines and the invigorating character of big cities, he practises photography passionately in his spare time. Since 1988, within the context of an ongoing project, he has thus continually roamed New York, photographing the city in order to capture the evolution of its architecture and culture.  ...
