YellowKorner.com provides you with the option of receiving your photos at home or in the YellowKorner gallery of your choice. You will be notified of the delivery date when you choose the format for each photograph. Our haulage contractor will contact you the day before delivery.

Order on YellowKorner.com and choose delivery at the gallery of your choice. You can then receive your photograph at your nearest YellowKorner gallery in 14 days, and you'll be notified by e-mail or SMS when the photograph arrives at the gallery.

YellowKorner photographs are delivered in secure packaging that is designed to protect works of art. The amount charged depends on the format of the photograph. The delivery period is 14 days from receipt of order.

FREE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS UNTIL 15 JANUARY 2020

 

For each order placed before 31 December 2019, you have until 15 January 2020 (from receipt of your order) to notify us about your return request. The right to withdraw your order will be exercised without any penalty except for the return shipping cost.

To do so, please contact our customer services who will outline the procedure. Please take care to check that the photographs are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Once we have received your return, you have the following choices:
- To choose a new photograph of an equivalent value
- To receive a YellowKorner gift cheque for the equivalent amount
- To be reimbursed for your order

SECURE PAYMENT

 

For all card payments (Visa, Mastercard) the banking transaction is carried out by Cybermut, a leader in payment system. Your bank details are encrypted (SSL technology). They do not circulate over the internet and cannot be intercepted. Your bank details (card number, expiry date...) are under no circumstances communicated to YellowKorner.
