Rapid shipment and customised products
The orders placed online on Yellowkorner.com are treated within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excl. Bank Holidays).
If all the photographs are immediately available, they will be sent 48-72 hours after placing your order.
YellowKorner wishes to offer the greatest choice of formats and finishes for each photograph. Certain photographs are therefore tailor made in Europe, with a production delay up to 150 days.
In order to offer you the lowest shipping rates, the set of photographs ordered is shipped together. If you wish to order several photographs one of which is temporarily unavailable and you do not wish to wait, we advise you to place several separate orders.
Delivery in the USA
YellowKorner brings the greatest care to preparation of packages, so that your order reaches you in perfect state and that you can fully profit from it ! Each type of photograph is packed in a parcel adapted to its characteristics and a label « Fragile » appears systematically on the package.
Delivery is guaranteed by UPS within 6 business days after shipment.
A tracking number is assigned to each order and can track your package by visiting the UPS website and by using the site tracking number sent to you by mail as soon as your order is prepared and ready to be sent. . You can also find it on your account under the heading My orders.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a calling card that will indicate the timeframe of the next delivery attempt (3 delivery attempts maximum).

Delivery abroad
If you wish to have your package shipped outside the United States, we need to contact our customer service via this form by indicating the country where you want the package to be delivered, the format of the photograph(s) and number of photographs ordered. We will do our best to respond to your request as soon as possible.

Exchange or refund up to 2 weeks after purchase
You have two weeks (from receipt of your order) to notify us about your return or exchange request. There will be no charge.
To do so, please contact our customer services who will outline the procedure. Please take care to check that the photographs are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Once we have received your return, you have the following choices:
• To choose a new photograph of an equivalent value
• To be reimbursed for your order
• To receive a YellowKorner gift cheque for the equivalent amount.

Secure payment
For all card payments (Visa, Mastercard) the banking transaction is carried out by Cybermut, a leader in payment system. Your bank details are encrypted(SSL technology). They do not circulate over the internet and cannot be intercepted. Your bank details (card number, expiry date...) are under no circumstances communicated to YellowKorner. You can also pay for your order with Paypal.
