Born in 1985, the Ukrainian twins are causing a stir in the fashion world as young artistic hopefuls. They are perfectly compatible throughout the creative process, from the shoot through to post-production. From the outset, DASHA & MARI have specialised in portraiture and black-and-white female nudes. Roaming European capitals from Paris to Berlin, they find inspiration in the film and fashion worlds to create their pictures, in which the bodies of sensual women are flaunted with controlled extravagance under their acute gaze. International juries at competitions around the world have selected their projects. They were notable laureates at the 12th Black & White Spider Awards, the International Color Awards in 2017, and finalists at the Hasselblad Masters Awards in 2014. They have also clinched numerous collaborations with Elle Magazine (the UK), The Huffington Post (the US) and The View Magazine (the Netherlands) to name just a few.
