He has brought together two artforms, painting on his own original photographs, and is now offering prints of these works exclusively through YellowKorner. By capturing images of his muse Cara Delevingne and iconic endangered species, photographer Arno Elias has combined art with an important cause. The founder and creator of this campaign is sharing his photographic project with us. He has created a new series of painted photographs to raise awareness about the diminishing numbers of animal species such as rhinos, elephants, and lions. Cara Delevingne, one of the most popular fashion and entertainment figures in the world today, is the brand ambassador for this campaign. She has more than 40 million followers on Instagram, recently starred in Luc Besson’s film Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets, and is an internationally recognised top model, equally at home on the front pages of magazines as on the catwalk for major fashion labels Burberry, Yves Saint Laurent, or Chanel. Cara Delevingne is thus the ideal person to capture the attention of a wide audience and promote the cause. Through its visual and artistic approach, the idea behind this campaign is to create greater awareness of the critical situation of endangered species and to fight against all forms of exploitation. With Cara Delevingne as a muse, a double message is conveyed: the depiction of animals that are hunted as trophies and the hope of securing strong public support for his cause.
