A renowned photographer and specialist in retouching software, Scott Kelby is the author of international bestsellers dedicated to digital imagery and its techniques. These have been translated into a dozen different languages, from Chinese to Russian, Korean, or Swedish. He is also a writer, editor, and cofounder of the magazine Photoshop User, which targets design professionals, keen photographers, and artists. He is the chairman of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP) as well as the founder of the Worldwide Photo Walk, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2017. Born in 1960 in Lakeland, the American photographer is now based in the region of Tampa Bay, Florida. In 2012 he received the prestigious ASP International Prize, presented each year by the American Society of Photographers. In 2015, the Prince of Dubai awarded him, along with Sebastiao Salgado, the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum international photography award (HIPA) for his contributions to education in photography.
