FREE RETURNS FOR 15 DAYS
IN OUR GALLERIES
Exchanges and returns at one of our galleries are free within 15 days after receiving your order for "classic" and "medium" sizes. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. For postal delivery, any return costs are at your expense. To proceed, please contact our customer service, who will guide you through the necessary steps.

For "Large", "Giant", "Collector", and "Exception" sizes, each photograph is custom-made by the laboratory, specifically according to the size, finish, and framing chosen by the customer, after order confirmation. In the case of an order with custom fabrication, returns are thus unavailable.
We place great importance on customer satisfaction, which is why we assess each exchange or return request and strive to find solutions tailored to each situation.
SECURE PAYMENT
For all card payments (Visa, Mastercard) the banking transaction is carried out by Dalenys, a leader in payment system. Your bank details are encrypted (SSL technology). They do not circulate over the internet and cannot be intercepted. Your bank details (card number, expiry date...) are under no circumstances communicated to YellowKorner.
