After studying philosophy at the Université de Paris La Sorbonne, the Peruvian photographer has won numerous distinctions throughout his prolific career and mainly thanks to his captivating wildlife portraits. Born in Lima, he has travelled to the heart of the Amazon since the age of ten, and specialised in landscape photography from the 1980s onwards.
