Manuela Henriette Jennewein-Beilharz has been an independant artist for about twenty years. She also writes children's books, paints in acrylics, and creates montages of art photos. She lives in the heart of Germany with, as she says herself, her “ husband, children, dog, five chickens Alba, Glen, Fiona, Matilda & Knolle Murphy, as well as a multitude of wild animals". She constantly experiments with the forms and colours of nature, which is central to her photographic work. Her series entitled It's Raining Flowers and Leaves aims to “ plunge [spectators] into the beauty of nature and lose themselves in a sea of colours". Internationally renowned, Manuela Henriette Jennewein-Beilharz received the Blue Ribbon from the International Federation of Photographic Art. In 2018 and 2019, she won an international distinction, the Fine Art Professional Award, for her photomontages that reinvent floral composition.
