In the early days, and like many photographers, I developed my skills through books, blogs, videos, articles and other sources of advice and training. All of these relate the principle that 'approaching a subject from various angles is the basis'. Light lights up subjects differently depending on the viewpoint, the message conveyed will therefore also be very different. Since practice makes perfect, I test all angles. Some time later, the idea of combining all of these shots into a single one allowed me to (re)discover Paris, its monuments and sites from a different angle (or point of view).Read more Read less

A self-taught photographer, Luc Marciano started to work professionally as a photographer in a modelling agency before working part-time on portraiture and coverage of major events such as the Monaco Grand Prix or the Vogue Fashion Night Out. His “Multiples” project required more maturity and stands out by way of its more experimental and contemplative approach, but also one that is more personal and sensitive – a practice that he decided to pursue alongside his other work, essentially documenting his emotions.
