Who are we?

Yellow Korner

The leading name in art photography, Yellow Korner was created in 2005 by two passionate amateurs, wishing to democratize art photography. Both desired precisely to recreate the link between young photography talents throughout the world and the amateur public, in offering it unedited works, in making it discover the richness of styles and of contemporary photographic approaches, capable of attracting its curiosity and even of exciting in each one a vocation of collector.

In order to satisfy these demands and to render accessible art photography to the greatest number of people, Yellow Korner exhibits its artists and its works inside of a large network of stores, online and in  its own gallery, at 8 rue des Francs-Bourgeois in Paris.

The Yellow Korner selection

The photographs presented by Yellow Korner are selected by an artistic committee presided over by Elisabeth Nora (buyer for the European House of Photography and editor-in-chief of the magazine L’Insensé) and charged to find young hopefuls and to valorize the work of more confirmed artists, all in guaranteeing a unity of the demands in the definition of her collection. Four artistic advisors go through, in this way, galleries, expositions, and salons all over the world, constantly searching the new talents of photography. Each advisor wishes then to establish a privileged contact and follow-up with these artists, in order to best present his work and his artistic approach in the Yellow Korner expositions.

If you are a photographer and you wish to submit your work to our artistic committee, please contact us by email.

Yellow Korner intends to become a trampoline for young professional photographers. Yellow Korner also works with internationally renowned photographers, like Yann Arthus-Bertrand or Jean Dieuzaide, all in likewise highlighting the talent of young less-exhibited photographers, Albert Corbi Llorens (Spain) or Quentin Perochon (France).
