Klaus Tiedge

Attentive March

About this photograph

The German photographer Klaus Tiedge scours Africa looking for answers. His photographic work has always been driven by his questions about other civilisations, the diversity of the animal world and nature. Since the 19th century, Africa has fuelled the imagination of western artists. Beyond a tribute to its beauty, these same artists are looking for the secrets of a land and culture which will always be inaccessible to them. After more than 10 years on the African continent, Klaus Tiedge confirms that his curiosity is still as insatiable and that Africa is ?beneficial to his soul.?
